Coming up next ...

Spencer Kelly, the presenter of the BBC tech programme "Click" has just popped in - he'll talk about TV on your contact lens, video tattoos and flying cars.

I know that this is meant to be humourous, and it is...

But in another way it's also just a little bit scary too, don't you think? I mean, it is just the sort of thing one will find happening in 10 - 15 years time - if not before.

And what ever next? A breakfast cereal that is also a bio-degradable mp3 player so you can listen to your favourite tracks as you digest breakfast??? The mind boggles!

Keep up the good work - I really enjoy your business reports.

All very entertaining, this blogging lark, albeit two or three years after the rest of the media industry spotted this happening.

But perhaps the business slot could cover business. If it wanted to write about new media, it could even talk about the chilling effect the BBC's presence has in the UK new media market; killing startups before they even start up by using its enormous tax-funded budgets to move into areas totally unrelated to broadcasting. Most new media publishers will talk to you about this, but I daresay covering it would be a little close to home for The Corporation.

I want to know why we're being told to go digital yet recently when the commonwealth games was on we were told to goto analogue to watch local news.

Not a good incentive to go digital being told on BBC to tune to analogue!

Just a comment - maybe Declan or Click could answer ;)
